Crocheting a bath mat? - crochet bath mat
I will weave a mat, the size to 12 "x 24" cotton crochet thread and take the loop point. About how many strands of the son I need? And it is the appropriate thread for a carpet and that, otherwise I would use something a little thicker? I want to be able to simply wash like a washboard.

Make a 4 "x4" Swatch. Weigh it - with a kitchen scale, if necessary. Multiply your weight by 20 (sample 4 "x4" 1/18th) the size of the finished carpet, the rest will do for the equipment and possible errors in the thread. Who will tell you how many grams or ounces yarn you need. Then go to the store and son, how many balls of yarn that you see on so much weight.
For example, if the sample weighed 23 grams, then you need 23 grams x20 son, or 460 grams when it is sold in 50-gram balls, 10 balls of wool will have.
Easy Peasy!
If it were me, I cut, cut old towels into strips crochet, then with a crochet hook to super wide carpet. Thus, it is soft and absorbent and wash well.
Wow, all the time and effort for a bath mat? It is amazing to me. I have no idea about your question, I just had to say that you love to crochet!
i-loop would not say definitely, [b would be nice, but I do not think that the movement has taken place, much less the machine] is continuous and not talk seriously UR of cotton yarn hook [the material or make table linen?] instead of use of sugar and [the creamy layer of material] son or carpet. I can not say how much u buy because I do not know how and hooks. Buy more than u think u u'll need adequate and U always take the opportunity to back.good
