At first it was only on the down arrow does not work. I have tried cleaning with alcohol and cotton swabs, but this is even worse. Today, most of the numeric keypad does not work as well as the buttons do not work. Help!

Check whether there is a way to display the buttons, like in most other keyboards. Pop out those who are in poor condition and let dry for a few days, then pop-key and try it.
